A credit card will be required to complete the online renewal. A processing fee of $5.09 will be added by the credit card processor. PLEASE NOTE: We think we have resolved the issue with credit cards statements showing CONNECTEDVIEW or something similar. Card statement description should now read SWLARIFLE&PISTOL or SWLARPC.

Disregard the line referring to Source, Source Name, Source Code.

If you cannot submit the form, you likely missed a required check box or field. If you have gone back and corrected the omission but still cannot submit the form, please close out and start over. This has worked for at least one member.

The next Club Meeting will be on Tuesday, May 6th in the Westlake Recreation Center Boardroom located at 1221 Samson Street in Westlake.

Applicants attending their first meeting should arrive by 6:30 in order to complete the application and receive a rulebook. Applicants voted in will owe pro-rated dues of $11 for the month of May, Initiation fee of $66, plus $152 for the 2025-2026 membership year, for a total of $229 cash or check, which will cover membership through May 31, 2025.

ANNUAL WORK DAY was held on Saturday, April 5th from dawn until about noon. A BIG thank you to the 14 club members who showed up and accomplished a tremendous amount of work. We now have a new flag pole at the head of the tee at Range 8. The weather was very windy, but the rain did not materialize.

4/12/25 – Bullseye Match – Handgun Side Closed, Range 8 and Rifle Open

4/19/25 – Steel Match – Only Range 8 Closed

4/21-24/25 – Crawfish Cup Action Pistol Practice - some parts of the Handgun Side of the Range will be closed during this period.

4/25-26/25 – Entire Range closed for Crawfish Cup Regional and State Action Pistol Matches.

5/4/25 – Hunter Class Rifle Match – Range 8 Closed, Handgun Side Open

5/10/25 – Bullseye Match – Handgun Side Closed, Range 8 and Rifle Open

5/17/25- Action Pistol Match- Range 8 and Rifle Side Open

5/28/25 – Steel Match – Only Range 8 Closed

6/8/25 – Regional VFS Rifle Match – Range 8 Closed, Handgun Side Open

6/14/25 – Bullseye Match – Handgun Side Closed, Range 8 and Rifle Open
